Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association (MUSIAD) is a “BUSINESSMEN’S ASSOCIATION” founded in 1990, in Istanbul, Turkey, by concerned businessmen dedicated to the realization of a Turkey where human rights and supremacy of the law, justice and equality, peace and security and the welfare and happiness of the people are guaranteed; where community and universal values that are adopted historically by the people are protected; and where the country is effective in the region and respected in the world. MUSIAD is an active and strong “NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATION (NGO)” that provides “PLATFORM for DEVELOPMENT-DIALOGUECOOPERATION and SOLIDARITY” created for the purpose of contributing to the social, cultural, political, economic, scientific and technological development of individuals and institutions, our country and society, our region and the world.

Turkey - Iran Relations

Turkish-Iranian bilateral relations are evolving on the basis of the principles of non-interference in domestic affairs, mutual respect and good neighborliness. Efforts are made to further enhance on bilateral and regional issues, through reciprocal visits and mechanisms such as High Level Cooperation Council and joint commissions in different economic sectors.

Cooperation between MUSIAD and ICC

ICC and MUSIAD signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop mutual cooperation. The MoU was signed during a recent ceremony in Istanbul attended by Mr.Bahman Abdollahi, President of ICC, and MUSIAD Chairman Nail Olpak. “Ankara intends to implement all trade and economic agreements.
