According to the Article (5) of the National Law on Continuous Improvement of Business Environment, ICC is responsible for issuing the certificate of activity as a tool in order to implement the organizing plan, integration and networking, cohesion of parallel organizations and registration of economic organizations.

As an identification mechanism in cooperative sector, the certificate of activity introduces and confirms the field, orientation and place of activity and other general characteristics of individual cooperatives and unions.
